Corn Yield Monitor for Any Combine Harvester

Retrofit your existing corn combine with optical yield sensing. No recalibration, no factory lock-in, no new machine. Works on John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, CLAAS, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and every other brand.

Built for Corn Harvest Conditions

Corn rolls through the clean grain elevator at high mass flow, often with variable moisture from 14% to 30%+. Our optical sensor measures volumetric grain flow continuously and pairs with an inline moisture probe to give you accurate dry-yield maps in real time — without calibration loads.

Hybrid-Agnostic

Optical sensing is independent of grain density and test weight. No re-calibration when you switch hybrids, fields or moisture conditions.

High-Throughput Accuracy

Designed for class 8–11 combines moving 80+ tons/hour. Typically 95–98% accurate vs. weighbridge tickets.

Real-Time Cloud Mapping

Yield, moisture and productivity zones stream to your phone or tablet, then sync to the cloud automatically.

Compatible Corn Combine Models

The Green Growth kit installs on the clean grain elevator of any combine that can take a corn header. Selected models below; if your machine isn't listed, ask us — installations go back to 1990s frames.

How It Installs

The optical sensor head mounts above the clean grain elevator paddles. A compact module in the cab handles GPS, processing, and cellular sync to the cloud.

  • ✅ ~2 hours, no dealer required
  • ✅ Reuses cab 12V power
  • ✅ Optional plug-and-play CANBUS kit on modern Deere / CLAAS / NH / Case IH
  • ✅ Shapefile and ISOXML export

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it work on a 1990s combine without a yield monitor?

Yes. Older platforms like John Deere 9600/9650, Case IH 2188/2388, CLAAS Mega/Dominator and New Holland TR series accept the retrofit easily — they typically have unobstructed clean grain elevators and 12V power readily available.

Does it replace my factory yield monitor or work alongside it?

Either. Many farmers run it alongside a factory CommandCenter / AFS / IntelliView display to get an independent, calibration-free dataset; others replace older or unreliable factory monitors entirely.

Can I generate VRA prescription maps from corn yield data?

Yes — the Green Growth yield mapping software automatically generates productivity zones and exports ISOXML prescriptions for variable rate seeding and nitrogen application.

What about soybean and small grains on the same combine?

The kit handles all crops your combine processes — see soybean, wheat, canola/rapeseed and cereals. One kit, every crop in your rotation.
